** Please note that this policy applies only to Washington real estate brokers and agents.  We are primarily interested in linking with businesses in Washington, or with businesses that are in the field of real estate.  Feel free to contact us with any questions not answered on this page.**

Even if you are a Washington real estate professional in direct competition with members of the nwRealty Network; It is our pleasure to go beyond traditional MLS/IDX cooperation in pursuit of our mutual success.  All we ask is that you link to us from a prominent page of your website.  In exchange we will display your contact information and weblink with your listings on our site at www.nwrealty.com. 

The variety of available website solutions may present minor hurdles but the steps are rather simple …

  1. Link to www.nwrealty.com from a prominent page of your website.  You are welcome to plug in prescripted HTML code [Click here for the example links].  Then email larry@nwrealty.com with the page where we can find the link and your:
     
        - Name
        - Company
        - MLS Agent and Office ID numbers
        - Phone number
        - Website address
     
  2. As soon as we see our link on your site (compliant with the rules and requirements found below) we will begin to display your information on your listings’ detail pages ASAP.
     
  3. We will announce your link on our blog found on this site.  This will provide a burst of “Google Juice” for your web site.

Rules and Requirements

  • The page where our link is posted must comply with Google’s Webmaster Guidelines.  It must be a “clean html link” with no javascript, intercepts or redirects.
     
  • Your link page has to be accessible to search engines.  The page linking to us must be your home page or a page that is linked from your home page with a minimum Google Page Rank of 2 (www.googlepagerankchecker.com).
     
  • We cannot associate ourselves with sites containing any offensive, illegal, or questionable material.  We reserve the right to reject links at our sole discretion.
     
  • Agents with over 39 listings are not eligible for this FREE service.  However, please consider advertising with us for just $39 per month.  We will display your contact information and your photo or logo.
